CHILDREN & YOUTH GROUPS
We welcome children and their families at all services in the parish.

Each of the district churches run Sunday Clubs for children of varying ages during the main Sunday morning family services at which children can receive teaching about Jesus and about the Bible in a 'fun way' suitable for their age. Additionally, of course, the main festival services such as Easter, Mothering Sunday, Harvest, and Christmas are also designed to include children.

St Nicholas', St Mary's and All Saints' also invite young musicians and singers to participate in and help lead the music in family services. You don't have to be an expert, but just be able to join in and enjoy music in praise and worship.

To find out more contact the clergy (see the Contacts page) or click on one of the three links below to the district churches. Also, the Parish Office is a good point of contact - you'll find details of this on the Contacts page as well. Alternatively, you can visit the church and ask the Sunday Club leaders or the clergy directly.

The inclusion of children and young people in the activities of the church is vital both for the growth of the church and important to the growth of the young person in the understanding of the Christian faith and the community of the church.

The parish supports children taking communion prior to confirmation, and runs baptism and confirmation preparation courses. Please just ask us and we will be happy to help.
