St MARY'S CHILDREN & YOUTH GROUPS
Here at St Mary's the 10.00am Family Eucharist service on the first Sunday in the month and the 11.00am Morning Praise service on the other Sundays are all suitable for children. The children may if they wish leave the service for a while to go to the Sunday Clubs operating in the adjoining hall.
To find out more then please visit the church and ask the Sunday Club leaders or the clergy, or call into the Parish Office and talk to the people there.
St Mary's invites young musicians and singers to participate in and help lead the music in family services. You don't have to be an expert, but just be able to join in and enjoy music in praise and worship.
The inclusion of children and young people in the activities of the church is vital both for the growth of the church and important to the growth of the young person in the understanding of the Christian faith and the community of the church.
The parish supports children taking communion prior to confirmation, and of course runs baptism and confirmation preparation courses. Please ask us, we'd be pleased to help.
